Delete a TranzSuite account

TranzSuite logins are created by the company you work with or buy from. You can have yours deleted, together with the personal information that belongs to it, in either of these ways:

1. Ask your company

Your company's TranzSuite administrator can switch off your login straight away (Admin › Users & roles) and ask us to delete it. This is the quickest way.

2. Ask us directly

E-mail support@tranzsuite.com from the e-mail address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my TranzSuite account” and the name of your company (or its address, such as yourcompany.tranzsuite.com). We confirm the request with your company and complete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your login: name, e-mail address, phone number, password and settings.
Your sessions, the notification tokens of your phones and browsers, and your saved preferences.
Any location kept for you (a driver's live position is already erased at the end of each run).

What may be kept

Business records your company must keep for legal, tax or accounting reasons - such as orders, invoices, payments and delivery records - stay with your company and may still show the name of who entered them. Security and audit logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted.
