Terms of service

Last updated October 6, 2026

These terms apply when a business (“you”, “your company”) uses TranzSuite, the business software provided by TranzDigital Inc. (“we”, “us”). By signing an order or quote with us, or by using TranzSuite, you agree to them on behalf of your company. If an order or a separate written agreement with us says something different, that document wins.

1. The service

TranzSuite is software we host and run for you: the web app, the phone apps and any connections you set up. We keep improving it, so features can change; we will not take away a core part of what you pay for without telling you in advance. TranzSuite helps you keep your books; it is not tax, legal or accounting advice, and you remain responsible for your filings and for checking your setup with your accountant.

2. Your account and your users

  • You decide who in your company gets a login, and you keep the list up to date.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your company's logins and for keeping passwords private.
  • Your customers can be given portal logins to order from you; they use TranzSuite on your behalf, under these terms.

3. Your data

Your business data, such as customers, products, prices, orders, invoices and payments, belongs to you. We use it only to provide TranzSuite to you and to support you, as described in our privacy policy. Each company's data is kept in its own database. When you stop using TranzSuite, we return or delete your data, as the privacy policy describes.

You make sure you are allowed to put the data you use in TranzSuite, including information about your staff and your customers.

4. Acceptable use

Please don't:

  • try to get into another company's data, or test our security without our written permission;
  • overload, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service;
  • use TranzSuite for anything unlawful, or to send spam;
  • resell TranzSuite or give access to people outside your business, other than your customers through the portal.

We may suspend access that puts the service or other customers at risk, and we will tell you why.

5. Fees

Fees are the monthly price of your plan, which includes a set number of users, plus a monthly fee for each additional user, and any one-time setup fees, all as set out in your quote or order. Users are your staff logins; your customers' portal logins are not charged. Fees are billed in advance, are exclusive of taxes, and are not refundable except where the law requires it or we agree otherwise in writing. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of a price change.

6. Availability and support

We work to keep TranzSuite available and fast, and we plan maintenance for quiet hours where we can. Some things are outside our control, such as your internet connection, systems you connect and the services we rely on. Support is by e-mail at sales@tranzdigital.com.

7. Ending the service

You can stop at the end of any billing period by telling us in writing. We can end the service with 30 days' notice, or straight away if a serious breach of these terms isn't fixed after we've told you about it. Either way, you can ask for an export of your data before it is deleted.

8. Warranties and liability

We provide TranzSuite with reasonable skill and care. Apart from that, and to the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”, without other warranties. Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits. Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in those 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will show the date at the top and tell your administrators about important changes at least 30 days before they apply. Using TranzSuite after that means you accept the new terms.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which TranzDigital Inc. is incorporated and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
