Who counts as a user?
Anyone on your staff with a login: owners, managers, office and accounting, warehouse, reps and drivers. Every plan includes three; each one after that is $39.99 a month.
Is accounting in every plan?
Yes. The ledger, financial reports, banking, invoicing, inventory, purchasing and the point of sale come with every plan. The plans differ in how you sell and deliver: reps, a portal for your customers, or both, and a driver app.
Do our customers pay for portal logins?
No. Customers who order in the portal have their own logins, and they never count as users, however many you invite.
Can we bring our data from our current system?
Yes. The import center brings in products, customers, vendors, opening stock, open invoices and bills and opening balances from CSV or Excel, in every plan.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Start with what you need today, say Sales, and add the customer portal or deliveries when you're ready. Your price follows the plan you're on.
